STANDARD DELIVERY
In standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipping is free for your orders of 250 TL or more, and 9.90 TL for your orders below 250 TL. Delivery time is 15 days.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If there is no store you can go to in your area, you can send the product to our return address for your return request by filling out the return form on the back of the delivery note sent with your products.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
You can return the product you purchased from the Naval Marin Online Shop site with your invoice within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date, exchange it for another product of the same amount from Naval Marin stores, and get an exchange card.
For product return and exchange, the product must be applied with the delivery note or invoice, the product must be unused, the original packaging must be intact and it must be delivered with all its accessories as it reaches you.
